User Research
We did zoom interviews, shadowing and netnography to understand the user and the context
User Persona
We did zoom interviews, shadowing and live interviewing neighbors and municipal officials. We create 3 different personas. Flor Salas was the one that was more connected to the differents opportunity areas.

One of the main issues was tributation. Neighbors had difficulties with the only way that exist, so we develop a digital channel.
